Device Info Checker

See everything your browser is willing to tell you about your device — screen, GPU, RAM estimate, battery, network and storage. One click, nothing leaves your device.

What this tool checks

Browsers deliberately hide most hardware details, but a surprising amount is available: display resolution and pixel ratio, an approximate RAM bucket, CPU core count, GPU renderer string via WebGL, battery level and charging state, network type and downlink estimate, and how much storage quota your browser grants the site. Availability varies by browser — Chrome and Edge expose the most, Firefox and Safari the least.

Privacy note: the report is built entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and you can copy it as text if you want to save or share it yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. Everything on this page runs in your browser. The device report is generated locally and nothing is uploaded — reload the page and it's gone.

Why is the RAM estimate so vague?

Browsers only expose a coarse RAM bucket (capped at 8 GB) for privacy reasons. Exact memory amounts are not available to any website.

Why doesn't battery info show on my phone?

The Battery Status API is supported mainly in Chromium browsers (Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet). Firefox and Safari removed battery access over privacy concerns, so the section will show as unavailable there.

Can this tell me my exact CPU model or GPU?

CPU model is not exposed by browsers — only a core count. The GPU renderer string is often visible, though some browsers report a generic name to prevent fingerprinting.

Does this work on iPhone and iPad?

Partially. iOS Safari hides battery, RAM, and network details, so those sections will be empty. Screen size, pixel ratio, GPU string, and storage quota are usually available.
