Pick a mode above. In Add / Subtract, the calculator uses your local time zone and respects month lengths, leap years, and daylight saving changes when stepping the date. In Difference, the result is the elapsed time from the first date to the second — always positive, and broken down into years, months, days, hours, and minutes using the calendar rule (so 1 month is added as a calendar month, not 30 days).
