How this grade calculator works
Current grade uses the weighted average: multiply each grade by its weight, add them up, divide by the total weight used. Target mode solves for the required score: needed = (target − current × (1 − weight/100)) ÷ (weight/100). If the needed score is over 100 or negative, it tells you honestly.
