Used to build the robots.txt sitemap line. Not required if every URL below is absolute.
Relative paths starting with / get the site URL prepended automatically. Blank lines and # comment lines are ignored.
Last modified is optional. Leave it blank if you don't track content dates — an inaccurate date is worse than none.

FAQ
What is a sitemap.xml file?
A sitemap.xml is a list of URLs on your site in a specific XML format. Search engines read it to discover pages they have not crawled yet, which helps new content get indexed faster.
Where do I upload the generated sitemap?
Save the file as sitemap.xml in the root folder of your site so it loads at yoursite.com/sitemap.xml, then submit that address in Google Search Console under Sitemaps.
Does a sitemap improve my rankings?
A sitemap does not directly boost rankings, but it makes every important page easier for crawlers to find, which indirectly helps pages that are not linked well get indexed and ranked.
How many URLs can I add?
There is no hard limit in this tool, but Google caps a single sitemap file at 50,000 URLs and 50MB uncompressed. For larger sites, use a sitemap index file that points to several sitemaps.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. The XML is built in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing you paste is uploaded, stored, or sent anywhere.
