Is the pick really random?
Yes. Every mode uses the browser's built-in random number generator, drawn uniformly from your entries.
Can I remove a name after it is picked?
Turn on "Remove picked entries" — each winner is taken out of the pool automatically, so nobody wins twice in a raffle.
How does the giveaway mode work?
Open the giveaway host, everyone scans the QR code with their phone and submits an entry. Press Pick Winner and the draw happens live on every screen. No app, no signup.
How are teams split?
The list is shuffled, then dealt round-robin into your chosen number of teams so sizes stay even.
Does anything get uploaded to a server?
No. Solo modes run entirely in your browser. Giveaway entries travel directly between browsers over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection.
